Hi! I’m Daniel and I鈥檓 studying Molecular Biology and Global Health and Health Policy at Princeton on the pre-med track. I鈥檓 super passionate about all things STEM, but I also love immersing myself in the humanities and social sciences (especially philosophy and economics)!
From a young age, I鈥檝e been raised to see education as a privilege, instilled with the belief that learning is a lifelong journey. Recognizing the profound role that passionate teachers and educators have played in shaping my own academic journey, I鈥檓 grateful that I have the opportunity to play a part in that formative process as a tutor. My goal is to help facilitate that transfer of knowledge, equipping students with the skills, strategies, and foundation they need to succeed at their goals and ambitions.
As a tutor, I understand the importance of cultivating a welcoming and encouraging environment that fosters genuine learning and a meaningful understanding of concepts. I love getting to know each of my students’ unique learning styles and helping advance passionate students in their journey to reach their learning goals. I bring a positive attitude, great interpersonal skills, and a service-oriented mindset to each interaction with my tutees. My hope is that my approach not only imbues tutees with the necessary knowledge, but also inspires them to embrace a love for learning!
When I鈥檓 not spending my free time tutoring students, you can find me grabbing a late meal with some friends, training in the gym, or unwinding in my dorm with some music! Lately, I鈥檝e rediscovered my love for the piano and started teaching myself guitar. Fun fact: my favorite movie in the whole-wide world is the Curious George movie (the first one (yes, there are three!))
I excel in tutoring various AP subjects and standardized tests (I鈥檝e received 5鈥檚 on 16 AP exams)! I am so excited to work with and meet each of you in your academic journeys!
